We aim to create beautiful websites for our customers. To make this happen, we have put in some checks and requirements to make sure that you get the best possible experience you deserve. Here are the key terms you need to know about the provision of our service.
What we need from you
Pick Dates: Depending on how long we have estimated your website to take, you are required to pick dates for us to start and finish your website within. These dates must be consecutive, and availability to you, or your chosen contact, is required throughout.
Requirements: We need your full requirements at least 7 days before the first day that work commences. This is to ensure we have time to read, understand and question your requirements before we start.
Images/Video/Audio: All images, videos and audios will need to be provided at least 7 days before the first day that work commences. If none is provided we will use royalty free images.
Content: All content will need to be provided at least 7 days before the first day that work commences. If no content is provided we will use placeholder text unless you have purchased for us to write the content for you.
Deposit: Deposit of £150.00 per day is required to secure your dates.
Final Payment: 100% of the total amount is due 7 days before the first day that work commences. (100% minus the already paid deposit, if applicable)
Monthly Payments: Monthly payments will be taken automatically each month. If a payment is missed you have 5 business days to make the payment otherwise your website will be taken down and will show a landing page until paid. If two or more payments are missed consecutively, an admin fee of £25, for each missed payment, will be charged in addition to the missed payments.
Deposit: Deposit is fully refundable up to 28 days before the first day of work commences.
Final Payment: Final payment is fully refundable up to 7 days before the first day of work commences, minus initial deposit.
Webizy: If the delay is caused by us, we will extend the time we spend on your website by the same amount at no additional charge. For example a two hour delay will result in a two hour extension.
Customer: If the delay is caused by you, we will not extend the time we spend on your website. Additional time will need to be purchased at the going rate.
Webizy: If we need to rearrange your dates, we will provide you with the options to book alternatives dates or a full refund.
Deposit paid and outside of 28 days - dates can be changed at no additional cost.
Deposit paid and inside 28 days - deposit is lost and a new deposit is required.
Final payment made and outside 28 days - dates can be changed at no additional cost.
Final payment made and inside 28 days - date can be changed but deposit is lost and a new deposit is required.
Webizy: If we cancel the dates that you have booked, we will provide you with the options to book alternatives dates or a full refund.
